Current Work at the CRG: I am involved in the data analysis of several projects that make use of the Next-Generation Sequencing technology for different purposes, such as:
- Polymorphism discovery in Whole Genome/Targeted resequencing experiments
- Functional Annotation
- DeNovo assembly
